曾經在弗萊讀書，這次帶父母來自駕，住在熟悉的這家酒店。服務很好，我們半夜到的，一早就走，設施啥都沒用上，有個泳池。早餐非常好！

I love staying at crowne plaza hotel. The frontdesk are very helpful, nice, and accommodating. They never fail us to enjoy our every stay at Fredericton.

The rooms/facilities seem a bit dated and with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are a bit small and soft. If you get assigned a room on ground level, ask if you have natural light. The first room I was given had no real window - only frosted glass (probably an interior room) which made the room incredibly dark like a dungeon. After voicing this concern to the front desk, they swapped me for another room but I had to wait until that room was ready. They're currently updating their elevators so hopefully that will improve speed and efficiency for guests. Location is good; right across the street from the Convention Centre and nearby shops, restaurants, bars. And on the path by the water which is a great way to walk and explore the surroundings.

It was only a one night stay, it was good service. Very nice staff, location, and property. Front desk manager Penny helped a lot to understand city.
